More Than Medicine — A Community
The JNP Plus Care & Support Center, backed by the Global Fund, provides comprehensive support services to people living with chronic illness in Jodhpur and across western Rajasthan. Our team of counselors, social workers, and community health workers delivers personalized care — from treatment adherence monitoring to family counseling and linkage to government welfare schemes.
We prioritize women, pregnant mothers, and children — offering dedicated case management, psychosocial support, and regular follow-up that reaches people where they are.
