Legal Status & Registration
Fully Registered & Certified
Jodhpur Network of People Living with HIV Sansthan is registered under the Rajasthan Society Registration Act 1958, the Rajasthan Public Trust Act 1959 (42), and the Juvenile Justice Act 2015.
The organization is further registered under the Income Tax Act under Section 12AA and Section 80G, and holds certification under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2011 (FCRA) — enabling the receipt of international grants and partnerships.
